These are woodturning kits. A lathe is needed to make finished handle. Blanks are not included. Here is the perfect gift to make for any of the millions of crocheters and knitters. With this tool your recipient can make loops in thread or yarn and to interlock them into crochet stitches. The interchangeable handle will let you quickly swap out hooks we’ve included, and you can flip the hooks to easily store inside its handle. The set includes hardware to make one handle: 8mm Tube, Retaining Spring, Clip, and Cap. The (6) included interchangeable metal crochet hook sizes are: C/2–2.75mm, D3–3.25mm, E4–3.5mm, F5–3.75mm, G/6– 4mm, and H/8–5mm. Also includes is a convenient magnetic close travel box to hold the handle and all (6) hooks. Uses bushing set PKSRBU. Requires 8mm drill bit and 3/4″ x 3/4″ x 3-1/2″ minimum size blank. Accessories are available from Penn State Industries. This is a kit. Blanks, bushings, and drill bit are not included. A lathe is needed to make into a crochet hook handle.

I love the set I got this set as a gift. My handle is made of zebra wood and is fuller so it is easier to hold. I love the set. It was given to me by a 93 year old veteran who does woodworking. The only way this could be improved would be to offer more hook sizes to go with it. My favorite hook size is a J hook. Not included
