Patterns are *almost* a cinch, but something is missing. These are extremely well and clearly written patterns, but the author and editors left something out: the parts of the instructions that make it possible to make a differently-sized scarf. Instead of a flat & unequivocal âchain 240,â a âchain a multiple of X (plus Y, if necessary)â would make it possible to adapt the length of the scarf to differently-sized folks, as well as to different weights of yarn from those specified.
