Not true to size. This is absolutely not true to size. I usually wear L-XL depending on the fabric, I purchased an XL to hope that it fit nicely around the ladies, and everything about it was closer to a S or M. It is not breezy and loose. My little sister who is a M didnât like how snug the skirt was on her.
