Size seemed to run larger than expected. For me I went with a large because the measurements fit what I usually wear. When I tried it on, I was more than pleased with what I got. It was somewhat loose fitting in the chest and true waist and I could have comfortably fit in a medium. It has a set of draw strings on the shoulders and on the true waist to cinch it in. It is a comfortable, light dress. I would buy it again, just in a smaller size.
