It’s ok, but no great shakes It’s got a decent selection – a handful I really like in fact. However, tried making a pair of booties & was irked that there’s no final stitch tally after each row so it is easy to get a little lost. Each bootie wound up with a different amount of stitches & both seemed slightly ‘off’ to me. Did another pattern (one of the squares) that turned out basically fine but how wrong can you go with a square? Maybe other patterns will turn out better.
Cute but confusing instructions I love the designs in this books but I found the directions confusing. I knit a lot and I use a lot of books and I was really frustrated. I was trying to make the hooded jacket and I kept reading the directions over and over again and couldn’t get it right. I’m going to tear it out and find another patterns. However, I made the teddy bear at the end of the book and in the parts I didn’t understand, I just winged it and it turned out wonderfully.I recommend that only…
Very helpful I appreciate the patterns and projects in this book. Recommend.
