A great idea and concept, but would love more sizes. OK, the booklet IS short and there ARE only two different slipper patterns, with variations of either a bow or one of two slightly different flower decorations. Its still ENOUGH information to make slippers for friends/relatives/ gifts or to put on your guest’s sleeping area, or even bring a few pair as a hostess gift. What I appreciated is that this author not only writes a warning that yarn slippers are slippery on hard surface floors, she includes a remedy to make your slippers ‘non-skid.’…
and they are very easy to do I’m giving this 3 stars mainly due to value for the money. There really is only one pattern with variations, and then only 5 of those. I have made several pair, and they are very easy to do. The slippers are comfortable and fit well. I am not a speed demon crocheted, but not slow either, and these CANNOT be made in two hours. Very odd book I think there was a big mistake in putting my book together. Parts of it are repeated, as though whoever assembled this one grabbed parts of the book without making certain it was the right part. I *think* the whole book is in there somehow, but am going to have to work on that.
