Can be costly and time consuming All easy patterns but it is a marathon to finish any of those Afghanis. The range of skeins needed ranges from 8 to 17.I really appreciate the designs however it can become costly and they are really time consuming which isn’t a big deal for me.I wouldn’t recommend for a beginner as they require a long time to make them and the change of color can be challenging, however it is a great book to have if you are a crochet fanatic.
A nice collection of afghan patterns NOT for brand new first time beginners who want to make afghans. You need a clear understanding of how to read instructions and follow a pattern before you attempt these patterns.
