Very simple, easy to follow patterns There are some really beautiful patterns in here! I think this is good for a beginner who already has the basic stitches and abbreviations down (although there is a helpful glossary in the back for the abbreviations). It will definitely take longer than a weekend for a beginner though! One reviewer here said that the patterns don’t specify the number of foundation chains, but the counts are there plain as day in my copy.

I did it in a week!! I have made two of the patterns since receiving the book. The patterns are relatively easy, work up quickly, and are very attractive!
