Sorry needs a minus star. Cute patterns, nice pictures of finished squares, nothing else.I am a novice, so I was hoping this book would show me HOW to do all the different types. But it only shows (on all the patterns) where to start the first row. No other pictures, or drawings on where to put the hook.Just very disappointed.
Disappointing Good paper size and well-printed book. But!I am very attracted to tunisian crochet and because I learned to read its sympols; I don’t like to read the whole written instractions, step-by-step. I thought I will find the diagrams which I need for all 50 stitches in this book, but there’s no diagrams at all! In addition, many stitches’ images are not really helpful because of the dark shades of yarn used in.I am very abset.
So many great stitches This is not a beginner book on learning Tunisian crocheting. It only shows all the stitches, no projects, blankets, hats, scarves, etc. But, now that I have learned to use the hook and have mastered the Tunisian simple stitch, so I’m ready for some new stitches. All the directions are in knitting abbreviations,so I had to keep looking in back of book for meaning, I.e. TSS -Tunisian simple stitch, TPS – Tunisian pearl stitch, YO -Yarn over, lp-loop, etc. Now that. I understand all that, I can…
