I did like the beginner’s section I did like the beginner’s section…I am experienced, but this was clear and precise. But, as one progresses there should be more to challenge even the beginner, and to challenge skills. The pincushion pattern was fun, but the one other pattern did not have a photo of a finished product, so it was hard to process where the flowers were set. In all, I would say, this is fine for the absolute beginner who has need of many pincushions!!
Great book! Well written, and has everything you need to know to not only learn the pattern but also to use the pattern in larger works, such as totes or stuffed animals. Beginners will also benefit from an introduction that goes over basic stitches, common abbreviations in crochet, and more.
Donât get fooled by the nice cover! This book has a nice colourful cover, but besides that it goes down hill very fast when you open it. All pictures are blurry black and white. This book is cheap and narsty and doesnât deserve anyoneâs money. I sent it back to Amazon and promptly got my money back. I give 5 stars to Amazon for the Return Process and refund.
