Fantastic approach to teaching crochet This is clearer than if they made an idiot’s guide without being redundant and too simple. Love the photos, the spiral spine to enable you to leave it on the arm of your couch while you learn and actively create what’s in the book. Great results from the lessons in this book. Very pleased.
Good Book For The Money This is just what I was looking for.Pros: Clear step-by-step instructions with a sufficient amount of photos to follow. The book stays open and you’re not having to constantly struggle to keep pages still.Cons: I wish there was more instruction on how to control the tension as you’re crocheting. I guess this just comes with lots of trials and error. (Let’s hope my patience outlasts the practice while I continue to learn.)
Great book I didn’t realize that I had one of these books and bought a 2nd. I gave one to my friend that teaches crochet. I only get to see her once a month so I needed something in between to help me. She and I were looking at the book and she liked that it showed the correct and the wrong way. So you know if you are doing something wrong. Not to many books show the wrong way. She was happy for my spare and is going to use it in her teaching.
