Finally – some new ones! I was thrilled with this book. No fluff – just what I wanted and in the form I needed it. These patterns are creative and not the same old ones I find. Of course there were a couple patterns I’d always wanted to learn and they were here! Although I’m over 50 and have been crocheting since I was single-digits old, there were a couple of stitches I hadn’t come across. There were also several neat ways to connect the squares. Just what it promised I have been crocheting just over a year, and I thought I had seen most of the stitches. This book proved me wrong. There were several in here that I have never seen before. I would particularly like to try the animal fur stitch the next time my kids ask for an animal to be made. The pictures are clear and easy to see on my Fire. One thing, though, I am not sure how to use all these stitches. I would have liked to see a sample of the of the stitches in a finished product. I think that would help…
GOOD FOR MANY EVEN W/ ITS PROBLEMS. Sadly, nothing fit my needs regarding the stitches offered. As for the book in general, the AUTHOR NEGLECTED TO INCLUDE A TABLE OF CONTENTS! You must go PAGE BY PAGE to find ANYTHING!!! There are no diagrams, which is very helpful to many people. Most of the photographs are helpful. Some, like Seed Stitch in 3 Colors, Slanted Shell, Fur Stitch, and Floating Rectangles, were of no help due to yarn colors & camera angle.
