250 Stitches to Crochet! As other reviews have mentioned, I have crocheted for many years however I had stopped about four years ago. I love books and crochet and knitting books and wonderful to own. This particular book is a nice basic reference and while I have another book of 200 Stitch Patterns, they are for baby blankets although most can be adapted for any use. The 250 stitches in this book repeat a few from the other book and add on many others I have not even seen before.
Worth the cover price! This is my only stitch dictionary but it’s well worth it for the variety inside. This starts out really basic (sc, dc, hdc, etc.) but that’s what it’s for, right? It quickly moves into more complicated stitch patterns and I can see using it for taking basic items to another level (hats with interesting patterns, scarves with great trims, etc.) It was worth the price when I was flipping through it upon arrival, and stumbled across the stitch that has caused a project to languish, unfinished -…
