You definitely get what you pay for with these I was super excited to receive these mostly for the 4 larger sizes, but also to have back ups on the smaller sizes. I played with all hooks last night with the one small scrap ball of yarn I had available. It happens to be Red Heart super saver acrylic, which I do not like that yarn to begin withâ¦butâ¦these hooks are rough and sticky and catchy on the yarn worse than plastic or metal hooks. I will attempt to sand these 4 bigger sized ones to see if they can be made smooth enough to ever be…
Bamboo crochet hook set Nice selection of bamboo metric size crochet hook. Have not used bamboo hooks before. Just arrived today. They are smooth and lightweight. Lighter than aluminum hooks, and sturdier than plastic hooks.
